We offer routine Commercial Janitorial Services for places in the Portland Metro, with prices ranging depending on the number of days a week needed and the amount of exposure to hazards that the team are exposed to. A price is negotiated depending on the perceived expectations- but expect Janitorial to be around $65/hr for two cleaners to come and work, and we don’t typically accept jobs that don’t offer 2 hours’ worth of work per visit. This is expected to be in commercial spaces that we can temporarily block off public use to allow ourselves to clean effectively.
Extreme Biohazard scenarios, where the team is needed to handle cleaning abnormal amounts of waste that take an abnormal amount of time to clean, will have a $25 charge.
This service includes cleaning front door glass and threshold, sweeping and vacuuming hallways, sweeping and mopping hardwood floors, disinfecting bathrooms, wiping down and disinfecting surface areas, and general needs of cleaning a break room. We have all materails and equipment necessary to do the job, but if there is a need to restock consumables there is an expectation that the consumables will be provided.
We are currently working on being able to provide daily reports to each of the clients we provided services that day so they have a better idea of what is occuring at their businesses.
